Behavioral Based Safety (Survey) – BBS
To achieve an incident/accident-free environment, the SAFE process uses both person-based and behavioral-based techniques. Each is both dynamic and interactive. Changes in one will eventually impact the other. This section deals with the behavioral base side of the SAFE process through the use of a behavioral observation process.
